Schneider Altivar — OLF Motor Overload
Raised when the motor thermal protection reports overload. Increased mechanical load or wrong motor-current setting is the cause.

Probable Causes
- Mechanical overload / jam
- Wrong motor rated current (ITH) setting
- Insufficient motor cooling
Checkpoints
- Measure motor current and mechanical load
- Verify the ITH (motor thermal current) setting
- Check the motor fan
Solution
If the mechanical load is normal, a wrong ITH setting is a common false-alarm cause; correct it to the motor nameplate.
