Probable Causes
- Mechanical overload
- Wrong motor rated current (E2-01) setting
- Long low-speed operation
Checkpoints
- Measure motor current and load
- Verify the E2-01 motor-current setting
- Check mechanical resistances
Solution
If load is normal, correct E2-01 to the nameplate; review the L1 motor-protection settings.
